“Who said tweaa? Are you my co-equal?” is the latest phenomenon to take over Ghana. ‘Who Said Tweaa’ has become a common term in Ghana now thanks to the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Ahafo Ano South, Mr Gabriel Barima who, at an end of year programme for the District Health Directorate at Mankranso was seen on video (watch below) trading words with an unidentified person after the person chuckled when he (Barima) was giving a speech.
